COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Historically, Habitat building projects have attracted individual volunteers from the community, as well as organized groups. Local service clubs, youth groups, covenant churches, and companies such as Home Depot, Yale Locks, Whirlpool. Lowes appliances, Hunter Douglas Blinds, Ferguson Enterprises, Inc, (plumbing) and Square D (electrical)"   and many others have donated their time and resources.

Financial support for Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Wenatchee Area comes from private donations, donations from Covenant Churches, thrift store sales, grants, and other fundraising efforts. The affiliate sends out approximately 1500 newsletters 4 times per year. "Thankful Giving" donation envelopes are sent out in November or December. We truly are blessed and thankful for the support we receive from throughout our valley.
